This is the privacy notice of independent Herbalife Nutrition Distributor Jan & Cathrin Pethrus T/A Caddy Marketing UK. In this document we refer to 3-day-trial.uk – a website presenting our product trial pack for potential customers. We are registered for tax in the UK. VAT nr: GB 916 7470 07 Office address: Lambridge Wood Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 3BS, UK.
Introduction

The basis on which we process information about you
By filling out and sending us any of the Forms on this website you are consenting to be contacted by email or other forms of electronic communication, or by mail or phone. When you create an account on our website, buy a product or service from us, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a ‘Contract’ is formed between you and us. At different occasions you may be asked for certain types of personally-identifiable information (e.g., your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, credit card number, bank information in connection with product purchases, etc.). We hope you will provide us with this information. However, if you do not want to disclose your personally-identifiable information to us, please do not submit it. 1. Information we process because we have a ‘contractual’ obligation with you

Additionally, we may aggregate this information in a general way and use it to provide class information, for example to monitor our performance with respect to a particular service we provide. If we use it for this purpose, you as an individual will not be personally identifiable. We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.
2. Information we process with your consent
Through certain actions when otherwise there is no contractual relationship between us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide you more information about our business, including the self-employed opportunity that we offer, our products and services, you provide your consent to us to process information that may be personal information. 3. Information we process for the purposes of legitimate interests
We may process information on the basis there is a legitimate interest, either to you or to us, of doing so. We may employ vendors to perform functions on our behalf. 5. Complaints regarding content on our website
Caddy Marketing takes privacy concerns seriously. If you believe that Caddy Marketing has not complied with this Privacy Policy, you may write to the address below or call us. Please describe in as much detail as possible the ways in which you believe that the Caddy Marketing Policy has not been complied with. If you complain about any of the content on our website, we shall investigate your complaint promptly. If we feel it is justified or if we believe the law requires us to do so, we shall remove the content while we investigate. 6. Information relating to your method of payment
All the Customer and Member support services we offer are free. And there are no hidden costs. However, in the case of e.g. product purchase through our webshop, payment information is never taken by us or transferred to us. Our employees and contractors never have access to it. We are NOT collecting or processing your credit and debit card information. At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of PayPal or some other reputable payment service provider. The security and encryption requirements are dealt with by them. See PayPal Security Policy here > We only collect your name, email, phone number and address for placing the order of Herbalife products and to be able to ship them to you. This information is for stated reason also shared with Herbalife Nutrition Inc. who will ship the products directly to you. That page may be branded to look like a page on our website, but it is not controlled by us.
Disclosure and sharing of your information
7. Credit reference
To assist in combating fraud, we share information with credit reference agencies, so far as it relates to clients or customers who instruct their credit card issuer to cancel payment to us without having first provided an acceptable reason to us and given us the opportunity to refund their money.
8. When you ‘Contact Us’ – our support team
When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need. We keep personally identifiable information associated with your message, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track our communications with you to provide a high quality service.

17.1. We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children, nor do we market to children. 17.2. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with consent from a parent or guardian The Site is a general audience web site that is not specifically designed or targeted at children. We do not knowingly collect, use or disseminate any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If, however, we become aware that personally-identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 18 has been collected at the Site, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records immediately.
